Indigenous Cooking Class

Cook crocodile and other tasty indigenous foods with Koori Kulcha!

In this hands-on cooking class children will learn about indigenous herbs, spices and ingredients while they cook up a storm.

The days menu will include: crocodile gyoza’s, emu balls in coconut sauce, lemon myrtle cheesecakes & Davison plum chocolate tarts.

All creations will go home with their makers after a day of cultural cooking fun.

All money raised by our classes goes directly to the Your Angel Charity (100%).  Refunds are not offered for our classes, but credits can be given to other classes at another time.
