Lisa McGill is Food Program Manager and resident presenter at The Community Cooking School.
As a qualified chef and journalist, Lisa has merged these two skills to carve a career in the Food Media industry having worked across a number of magazines and television shows as a home economist, recipe writer & food stylist in addition to food development for Unilever, Hellofresh & Gloria Jeans to name a few.
With her teaching certificate in hand, Lisa spent time as the NSW manager for Jamie Oliver’s cooking schools where she shared her passion for healthy, simple, home cooked meals with others.
Lisa is passionate about inspiring people to get back into the kitchen and cooking from scratch and loves having fun while educating and cooking up a storm with the local community at The Community Cooking School.
