Kids! Join us for a smashing day of Easter egg hunting, egg smashing and hands-on cooking of a chocolate inspired menu. On the menu: - Easter egg cookies* - Cheesy bacon parcels* - Yummy potato smash* - Easter egg truffles * will be eaten for morning tea & lunch. Join us for an introduction to the amazing world of digital animation as you delve into your own imagination to create your very own fantasy / action scenes using green screen technology. Kids! Learn about our own Koori culture in the Southern Highlands in this engaging hands-on Indigenous art & craft workshop. Indigenous art & craft is earthy, tactile, grounding and creative. This workshop is conducted by our friends at Koori Kulcha Experience who will connect and share their knowledge of local culture as they teach kids how to create their own indigenous inspired artwork. All creations will go home with their makers after a day of cultural craft creating fun.

View BioNat Ferfoglia began facilitating multimedia workshops in 2010, as a classroom teacher on the NSW Central Coast. Interest in digital animation and green screen was so great that Nat has been hosting her own interactive workshops ever since. As a dedicated primary school teacher and workshop presenter, Nat has travelled extensively across Australia facilitating innovative interactive workshops which allow students to express themselves using media as a visual language. By understanding how our visual media work, students can become discerning viewers. Nat is passionate about developing an awareness of how effects are produced and manipulated to help students become active and empowered viewers.

As a qualified chef and journalist, Lisa has merged these two skills to carve a career in the Food Media industry having worked across a number of magazines and television shows as a home economist, recipe writer & food stylist in addition to food development for Unilever, Hellofresh & Gloria Jeans. With her teaching certificate in hand, Lisa spent time as the NSW manager for Jamie Oliver’s cooking schools where she shared her passion for healthy, simple, home cooked meals with others. Lisa is passionate about inspiring people to get back into the kitchen and cooking from scratch and loves having fun while educating and cooking up a storm with our local community.
